Review: Worx Landroid - Can It Replace Your Gas Mower?
Mowing the lawn is a chore most of us hate. Enter the Worx Landroid, a robotic mower that promises to keep your grass perfectly trimmed all season long without you lifting a finger.
Setup & Boundary Wire
The initial setup does require some work. You need to lay down a boundary wire around your lawn's perimeter. It took us about 2 hours for a medium-sized yard. Once done, however, the "Cut to Edge" feature performed admirably, getting closer to fences than most competitors.
Performance & Intelligence
The Landroid navigates tight corridors surprisingly well. Its AIA technology helps it maneuver through narrow passages where other robots get stuck. It's quiet enough to run at night without annoying the neighbors.
The Verdict
A solid investment for reclaiming your weekends. It's not perfect, but it beats pushing a heavy mower in the summer heat.
